Trout & Rosie training

Bob & I felt very guilty this morning sitting on the verandah watching Rosie & Trout training. They had already been on a 60km bike ride + 1 hour run + now swimming in the pool.

 

Boy oh Boy I'm tired just thinking about it!!!!
